维州小房东头一次 eviction

请教各位大拿， 我的租客租约10月31号2021年到期。 不打算续约或者续签， 已经在八月九月用email and post mail 发了三次termination notice 但是没有用警察送。 印象中维州要发30天notice. 所以打算周一找警察发30天evict notice. 但是现在找不到这种notice 的范本。 

我的问题是， 这种30天notice 可不可以像下面这样， 

Please take notice that our lease was terminated on Oct.31 2021. You are hereby required to quit the premises before November 30th, 2021. Your failure to leave the premises may result in the landlord applying to the X County general court for eviction order.

如果说我们自己发的 lease termination notice 有效， 那么现在还要再给30天， 也就是11月30号以后才能上法庭？
