最近帮我们condo维护了几样与电路有关的东西，楼里的邻居说我是handyman

1. 换灯泡

2. 装 smart thermostat

3. 把 outdoor lighting timer 从机械式换到digital

弄到 Carbon Monoxide controller 傻眼了，连着排气扇、alarm system，不懂了
