信用不好的房客能接受吗?

首先感谢各位的回复，帮助很大

房子刚list了一天， 我也想等一周再看看会有什么样的租客申请

目前只有一家问询的， 还没有正式申请， 经纪问我们愿不愿意让对方正式申请，所以到这来询问

我们也是担心对方的poor credit and self-employed income ($250K/year).

能要求对方提供报税记录吗？

对方自我介绍银行有2万存款。

We make $250k a year and are willing to pay a higher deposit because we dont have the best credit. Not for delinquency but short credit history. We are willing to sign a 3 year lease.  We have great rental history and plan to buy as soon as we get our scores higher.
