低信用分的租客愿意预付一年租金

被低信用分的租客害惨过。现有一年轻夫妇，两个小孩，越南妻子和白人丈夫，从外州来。信用只有580分，说是因为没有医疗保险，帐单付不起，被collection，我还没做背景调查。现在他的岳父跟我们联系，愿意预付一年租金，租金是1950/月。女儿己经到这里开始工作，现住旅馆，工资4400/月，女婿稍后带孩子过来，再找工作，他在外州的餐馆工作的工资是5000/月。问问大家可以租给他们吗？
