出租房不到2个月的新Oven/stove 坏了

出租房里新的GE oven/stove，租客刚用了不到2个月。说昨晚烤箱加热了，今早electric stove 也不work了，大概是哪儿坏了？
一般的handyman 电工可以修吗？
