condo里的hot water heater是租好还是自己买好？

买的时候是租的，非常旧了。公司可以免费安装新的，每月55刀的rental fee，包14年。会安装和现有的一样的模型，如下图。

或者乘这个机会终止合约。因为已经超过14年，所以没有毁约等任何费用。就是自己要雇人安装，自己找人维护。

是自助房用的。
