请教各位资深地主，靠近高速的房子能不能买？

这个房子的位置不错，比同小区其他房子便宜了20%左右，唯一的问题就是距离高速比较近，能听到明显的traffic噪音。 请教各位资深地主，这样的房子能买吗？ 以后会有什么问题
