二次机会：最终还是决定拿下一个白菜房 -

房子8月27日175,500 pending，9月28日回到市场降价33,000, 上个买家没能借到hard money 退出。

立刻联系到 listing agent 看房。family trust 卖房as it is. 装修好房子的市价在20万以上。3房子2卫的独立房在这个价位近乎没有了。房子基本条件还可以，现场查水电是接通的，空调热水器冰箱炉子都还工作，全屋需要安装地板，油漆，换屋顶。通过中介下了offer：加1500，放10,000 押金，没有 inspection，appraisal，loan contingency， 15日closing。

根据中介30小时内收到17个offer。真没想到佛州不起眼的小城低价房在市场趋缓的形势下仍有旺盛的需求。原以为中介不大会从中帮忙，30日早上接到中介电话被选入final 3. 卖家感兴趣无条件的offer，如果能将售价提高到152,000 就成交，40分钟内考虑回复。另外2个offer出价高，但有contingency。还是不愿放弃这个机会，一咬牙在agent的说和下15万以下成交。
