万能的投坦，自己建房有哪些难弄的？

最近看上一块地，360度山景无死角，而且包括湖。Listing Agent说已经有两个人要下offer。

我很喜欢那块地，就是我想要的dream lot。

但是，我老公不想自己建房，因为事儿太多。我从来没有自己建过房子，有哪些陷阱，不好控制，和需要操心的地方？
