新手求救！

签了一新建房， 交了一万块earnest money. 今天回去看的时候发现 锅炉不在车库， 而在阁楼attic. 锅炉万一漏水， 整个房就水淹了。

请问锅炉在阁楼attic 正常吗？

 

或者与buyer agent提退出合同， 能要回一万块earnest money吗？
