主卧室的洗手间漏水

主卧室的洗手间漏水。半年前买房时未注意到，Inspection 也没有发现。现在门框的下沿和室外的木板都腐烂了，LD 还没找到哪里漏。昨天没有用主卧室的洗手间，今早还是看到渗出的水。我主张找一位管道工来修理，但是 LD 坚持先找到先找到问题所在再找管道工。请问哪位大侠有什么建议？
