买房需要签Lead-Based Paint Disclosure？出租有问题吗？

78以前的房子。你们都签了吗？对今后出租有什么影响吗？好像有的地方必须要经过铅含量的检查报告才可以出租？地主们有谁有这样的经历吗？贵不贵？
