想听一听各位对于各种Medicare计划的建议，是直接参加政府的计划(Part A, B and D)好呢，还是找 Part C

想听一听各位对于各种Medicare计划的建议，是直接参加政府的计划(Part A, B and D)好呢，还是找 Part C (Medical Advantage Plan）？ 如果想加入Medical Advantage Plan，大家有什么好的公司／计划可以给我们推荐的吗？另外牙齿和眼睛保险怎么弄比较好呢？
