Landscape regrading

Inspection report 说： “The ground surface near the house does not drain/shed surface storm water. Regrade landscaping to slope away from foundation to help prevent water entry and damage to foundation and interior finishes".  就是说房子有积水的可能，需要从新regrading landscape 以排除积水可能，有谁有这方面经验？麻烦吗？贵吗？

因为排水不畅，房子周围又种了不少大树，的确有一点mold的问题
