当了十年地主，终于等到这一天了

白菜房房客住了两年，到期既不搬家 也不交房租，上门避而不见，给我发了这么长的text，话说现在到底能不能赶人啊？ 话说今年股市大赚，看这破白菜房，每月那三瓜俩枣的租子，实在不值得操这个心。 This is Casey just to let you know I have a babysitter at the house right now and whoever you had come over there which I know wasn't you cuz you're a little on the older side and it was a younger guy that came cuz I asked my babysitter and I will let you know that one there's a halt on a victims right now till October 3rd if you don't know that you can easily look it up on Google I've been trying to get a job and because it's fight with a new covid strand it is hard for me to get a job I would love to stay in this house and quit dragging my three kids in and out of homes and I have mowed the yard plenty of times where it's not mode I'm actually trying to grow the grass back so it's not just dirt there and looks like crap so that's what that part of the lawn is not mode because I'm trying to grow your grass back I actually care about how it looks out there and I ask a long person how to get it from being just dirt out there like your tarp that's in the front that's been there since we moved in is causing the grass not to go there I almost wanted to pull it up so that way the grass could be pretty right there and the house could look nice outside the lady that keeps complaining about it you already told us that we would have a problem with her when we sign the lease so you knew we were already going to have problems with her when we signed lease and you told us that we would have problems with her I don't understand why you would take advice from some crazy lady just saying my input no disrespect intend but that that's what it is right now I am trying to get the money to pay the rent but I can't do that when I don't have a babysitter 24/7 and I have three kids two of them being babies you keep telling my sister that I'm not on lease when I am on the lease been on the lease since we signed the lease so really you're just making up false accusations and statements for whatever God knows reason why and you say we're 2 months behind when my sister broke her back she asked you to use her deposit on the house as her rent so technically I'm only 7 days behind this month's rent I'm sorry if I'm coming off road but I'm also not going to let me or my sister be walked on or talk to like we're just crappy people we've also have paid for certain things to be taken care of in this house because you will not just like the pipeline in the backyard when the sewage was running out the backyard you didn't take care of that I did just along with other things that a owner of the house should take care of and not the runner I'm just stating that fact as well have a great day
