我来告诉你怎么抢房

也可能不少人都这样做吧，我就是来总结一下：

（1）比Agent建议价高5-10万

（2）参考最新统计，以平均卖价和Listing 价的比例为基准。

（3）再看 hot homes 的 卖价和Listing 价的比例。

（4）举例：

• The average homes sell for about 12% above list price and go pending in around 7 days.
• Hot homes can sell for about 18% above list price and go pending in around 5 days.

 

志在必得：加价20%

感觉不错：加价15%

可有可无：加价5%
