再论401K: 自杀 (now) or 他杀 (then)?

Assuming your tax bracket is 37.3% (fed 28% plus 9.3% for Californians):

You take your 37.3% loss as soon as you elect not to contribute. Would you rather to take risk to make 401K contribution NOW to invest since mkt is at its 12- year low: buy low and sell high?
