The source of the problem is likely the drain pipe. You need an extension to get a little further from the corner.

It is not uncommon to see new constructions with drain pipe discharges water from the second floor roof just on the first floor roof. That's cheap.

Do that, if it stops the leak, then you figure out how to patch the holes.
