求建议：刚在另一城市买一房准备4年后退休去住。此处离现在城市开车10小时。

感觉一年也去不了几次。想把它租出去。当地相同的房子每月租金4000-4500。 但是害怕租户把房子搞得一团糟，拿不定主意。朋友们帮忙拿个主意。
