Your agent should check if they still live there

They might just try to avoid your calls.

First, both you and your agent should inform them that the condo is on the market.

Then in the MLS listing, specify who to contact, such as the listing agent, or the tenant.

Then the showing agent should give 24 hours in advanced notice before showing the property.

I am not sure what happens if you cannot communicate with the tenant.

You know, I had a very bad experience the last month. I could not find my tenant for a long time until his friend called to tell me that he died.
