距离北京市中心几十公里的公寓现在有的是跌到膝盖

和中心区相差十几倍的价格，绝对超值。（地铁高速交通都不错。）

和广东大湾区的别墅，百万rmb上下，俺也认为可以入手。（未来中国富裕地区基本必然城市密集人口要向郊区分散）
