我怎样才能让 Home Warranty Company 补足修空调的钱？

六月初空调坏了，我以为有 Home Warranty Company, 应该没啥问题。没想到，把他们想的太好了。

6/6 报告Warranty company， 6/11 有技术员来看空调。他说 外面压缩机的风扇马达线路接错了，阁楼上鼓风机的TXV 要换，估价是，如果没有home warranty的话, 总共要2695美元。他说 TXV 很难换，很贵，要把冷却剂抽干才能换。

不过我有home warranty, 但是换TXV 的同时要换冷却剂（refrigerant 410A）, 保险公司（home warranty company）只负责每磅 10美元，修空调的公司要收费 85美元每磅，太过分了。外面卖410A 的价格不用10美元。这样下来我要加差不多1000美元（13 lb）。

所以我选择 cash out option (cash in lieu), 这家保险公司居然只给我 $455, 我问他们怎么算的 455， 他们说，换压缩机的风扇马达 75美元，换TXV 375， 换冷却剂 130，再收回原来已付的检查费 125.

全世界没有一家公司可以给我换压缩机的风扇马达 75美元，仅仅马达原件就要180-250美元，还要人工费。换马达就要换电容器。

像我这种情况怎么才能要回足够的钱去修空调？暂且不说拖了这么长时间，夏天房客没有去住宾馆，已经够体谅了。
