屋主自售房

现在房市冷却了吗？

I posted one of my rental property in savvylane but got no esponse within a week.

here is the link:

I though listing price is reasonable.

The first day I put it on Zillow, I received several calls.

Then after I purchased the basic FSBO package and listed on MLS and other website,

it suddenly quietd down. 

Any reason?
