今天房客才EMAIL me 告诉我这事， 我都不知道这个subletter 已经住进了多长时间，但不是我期望的租客，目前的房租是原房客按时付的。原Lease 七月底到期。 我不想让这个Subletter 继续住下去, 因为和室友很多方面不在一个 PAGE 上。
Lease 里要求subletter 要经过我的同意才行。 通常我也是按自己找房客的标准来要求subletter.
"After taking occupancy, should the Landlord allow the Tenant to break the lease early, the Landlord may charge a termination fee equal to one month’s rent in addition to the obligation of Tenant's continuing to pay rent by Tenant until the place is rented and a new Tenant starts paying rent. Subletting is allowed (without termination fee) subject to the approval of the Landlord."

- 因为Lease到期我不想让这个subletter继续住下去， 该怎么处理让他到期走人比较合适？
