(Example: if a competing offer is at the purchase price of $320,000.00, buyer’s offer will hereby be amended to be $323,000.00 up and including a competing offer of $327,000.00, in which case the buyer’s offer will hereby be increased to $330,000.00). If buyer’s offer is increased by this paragraph, all other terms stated herein shall remain unchanged."
