本来论自己的收入和钱包看XX万以下的房子，现在给AGENT打电话，按贷款最大限度买，只看XX　MILLION以上的，砸锅卖铁有20%DOWNPAY，再加上840分的信用，辛辛苦苦一辈子老老实实攒的分，这回一把卖一好价钱，宁肯撑死；不能憋死。
等XX　MILLION的宫殿到手后
第二步：跟老板摊牌
要么雷了我，要么被发配当工人，不同意跟你拼了！老板一看决心已定，说：随你吧。我利马说：还有1条件，什么？工资按最低工资给，最好1礼拜工作20HOURS。

协议达成，每月收入1000左右
第三步：给银行写封信
