卖这个耗子，来了一个买家，三十岁不到的人，属于垮掉的一代，满身纹身。

签了合同，08年11月20日完成。

没有完成，他在别处的租约11月底到期，找不到地方住了。说先租行不行？

好吧。他就住进来了。每月二千租金。

房子二十二万。

他有现金可以一下付清，非要银行贷款。现金由别人保管，是他继承的。

找他签文件，人没了。失踪了。

一下子就两个礼拜，没人影。

打电话，留message，没回应。

过了两个礼拜，回来了。他有病，还不轻，去别处治病去了。真的假的不知道。

又交了一个月的房租。

又需要他签字了，又找不到人了。

这下失踪了三个礼拜。

回来又交了两个月的房租。说签字，没有签又没有人了。

在门上给他贴告示：房子不卖给你了，请搬走。同时，需要给别人看房。

看房不给开门。里面上锁。

终于开了门。里面搞得一塌糊涂。两个房间之间把墙上挖了一个洞。

要驱逐他。又签了一个字。

还需要更多的paperwork。。。

还在正在进行时。。。
