Quartz is better

Granite and Marble countertop all need some maintanaince such as apply sealant.  Because they are porous, you could stain it with soy sauce. 

Quartz countertop is an engineered product.  Quartz is non porous and almost indestructible. 

We have a local company operated by Chinese, they bought a quartz making machine from china, and their price is way cheaper than HD and other places.
