First image is median house price (in thousand dollars) in south bay area over the past 30 years. Adj. value is after adjustment for inflation.

Second image is 25, 50 and 75 percentile asking prices for south bay. There are two sets of data and I am not sure what is the difference between the two. The trend shown by the two sets of data are the same though.
