救命啊，新房子要塌了，怎么办？

我去年4月份买的新房子，突然门没法关了，再一看，二楼，三楼的三个门都没法关了，门上还有裂缝，再仔细看看，二楼和三楼之间的楼道间也有大裂缝，楼梯都歪了。房子在美国东部费城附近，也没听说地震，估计是下沉造成的。请教各位，怎么办？找builder还是seller,虽然是新房，没有住过，但是不是从builder直接买的，而是从seller那里买的。还有这样的房子还能不能住，会不会被砸死在里面，外出住，如何索求赔偿，找前卖主，还是builder,还是保险公司。下面是图，谢谢指教。
