请教各位地主。收到房客邮件。。。

you may want to consider having someone come out and look at the plumbing on the house... no emergency or anything but we've noticed some strange new occurrences such as the sound of water running in the downstairs shower when the 2nd shower is running upstairs as well as when the washing machine is running. In the time we've been here we've never heard it before. Sounds are in drain and in wall when washer and upstairs shower on. 

Laudry 是挨着一楼的浴室,房客住了快十年了。一楼浴室他家只是occasionally run water in there to rinse out dust, etc but it never gets used.

房客Just might want to take a proactive versus reactive approach but again, no emergency of any sort and no water leaking at this time. 

这可能会是什么状况？房子在南加州。
