60万的房子本身还不错，每月需倒贴700刀，值得去抢offer吗？

附近刚上市一个5年新的房子，月供大约$3000，中介说四个卧室的租金$2300左右，已经有很多人在看房，可能还需要加价才能买到，请教各位前辈值得投吗？多谢
