要不要把现金都用来买自住房？

照理现在利率低，应该尽量贷款，但我们小孩过四年要上大学，用私立学校financial aid calculator 算了下，手头现金都用来买自住房跟只付首付比，每年可以多拿2~3万的资助。当然如果最后上州大，就没区别。问题是目前无法预测录取什么学校。想听听网友会怎么做？
