请教前辈，大学旁边的房子出租遇到一个问题

我有一个出租房靠近大学，本来都是租给中国学生的没有任何问题。但今年情况特殊，有一个房间空出来后一直没有找到合适的中国学生，所以我在Zillow上登了出租广告。近期收到一份申请是一个黑人学生提出的，今年21岁，在社区大学。背景调查没有发现任何问题，信用分690，目前边上学边打工，月收入$1800, 要租的房间$550。但我注意到他目前住的地方，房租是$0。我问他后得知他是住在这个cityhouse, 说是一个tranditional living program. 他说下周一会把详细信息调出来发给我。

我现在担心的是，住在cityhouse是不是说明他是一个问题kid，有吸毒问题，还是他的家庭有问题他被送到cityhouse。从来没有遇到这样的情况，请有经验的前辈们指点。谢谢！
