investment banks fall as hard as those RE flippers. Greedy has taken control and they fall. Banks who do regular businesses with controled risks do not get much affected. don't you agree?

rental is steady because no matter you are poor or poorer middle classes, you still need a place to live.

do not exaggerate and do not be scared: if your imaginary scenario happens in U.S. then there's no where else to go. cheer up and be confident.
