签约了

经过两个月的寻寻觅觅，终于签下了这个小破房，3个小单元，都有租客，离沙滩几个房子的距离。很旧，现在签约价1.8m，比当初刚上市的要价低了近30%，基本就是地价了。还没看房子里面，不过看租金，应该不会太差。

现在海滩很乱，主要是homeless问题，但是我认为价格已经price in了，COVID过去，只要政府稍微管一下，价格应该就会pick up，毕竟附近的房子都涨疯了。那里的沙滩也是洛杉矶有名的沙滩了，周围很多大的高科技公司，离机场市中心都近。疫情过去，赌政府好歹会管一管。

如果政府不管，应该也没什么跌的空间了。到时候再腾挪。

但愿能够顺利close，今年投资计划进入收官阶段。
