Continuous Water Usage 会是什么原因呢？

今天租客转给我一封信，有关Continuous Water Usage， Your water meter is showing water usage of 10 gallons of water every couple of hours for the last several days.  （from the city)

然后租客说the toilet is running.

toilet到很好修，但我怕还有其他原因，比如水管裂了之类，

这种情况怎么办？找什么样得人去看呢？
