怎样杀老鼠最有效

哪位大佬杀过请赐教。有一四个单元的房子。房客反映有老鼠出没。前房东有用药杀过。其中一只死老鼠在某个地方发臭。所以他们不太接受再用药杀。老鼠夹子有用吗？哪种最有效？
