还是头疼的前房客

之前的白人女房客是个房产中介很难搞，9月初破财消灾把她请走了，她找了一个五大三粗的壮汉来找我，吓得我押金什么全退，还多付了几百块钱了事。现在还欠我600 多垃圾费不给我，按合同是她交。现在的问题是，她都走了两个月了，还不断有包裹寄到我的出租屋，新房客问我怎么办？我能扣她包裹，让她把垃圾费交了吗？她不断有包裹寄来，我的新房客也烦的。我该怎么办？谢过大家
