小破房最后还是拿下了

还价还到14万，本来seller很坚定的表示只降$3000， 最后一天同意降$9000。我的general contractor建议不要翻厨房和厕所，只要stain一下cabinet, 所有修理费用$34,000, 如果break sewer, worst case 加 $8000.

接下来就是赌人品了，看一下PVC pipe经不经得住4 inch lift，we'll see.
