在下列情况下有正现金流:
1. 20% Downpayment 用HELOC,这样可以只pay interest;
2. 80% mortgage;
3. Property Management fee included in costs。
在以上的情况下,是属于100% financing,rent - all expenses > 0, 才是真正的正现金流。
