卖房。律师要求签Power of Attorney, 要求代收卖房款，再打到我账上。这个正常吗 ？

-  To receive all proceeds from the sale of property, including any refund of escow funds or other mortgage payment.

_ to forward to me all of the funds received from the sale of the property, after the payment of attorney fees to my attorney.

我感觉这是个坑，以前卖房Closing Company直接打到我账上。但这个律师怎么怪兮兮的，我能拒绝吗？
