淘了个房子

4 bed 1.5 bath 1800多尺。没车库。

学校还可以 9， 5， 6.

原来要价148000. 2次降价，2次进入合同买家都退出。

买入$128000, 准备花21500装修

1： 全新 HAVC $6000。

2： 改建楼上的full bath为2个full bath $4000

3:  全新vinyl plank 地板，油漆 $6000-8000

4. Drive way $2000-$3000

5. 厨房柜子重新油漆。$500

6. 电器： 1000

 

总投入15万

租金1500-1600，大概1月份能装修好。也许只租1500。
