4.UNIT2 repair water damaged ceiling

5. HD

6. UNIT3 give tenant paint to do some painting

7. UNIT3 replace shower handle

8. UNIT3 replace toilet seat.

9. UNIT3 repair water damaged wall 

10. UNIT4 bag up old tenant's junk and put to curb　（四十个一盒的大号垃圾袋用了一大半。。）

11.UNIT４get rent

12. UNIT5 do paper work for welfare

13. UNIT6 repair door

14. take tenant to buy brake pads. He replaces brake pads for me for a discount of rent next month.

正在换闸，老婆大人电话过来：你今天还想走走么？

当然了，过半个小时。。

两个人出去走，吩咐孩子们做饭。。
