昨天上庭eviction

租户准备申请补助，有两个组织说是可以给付钱，一个付1500，另一个最多可以付4500。

延期一个星期再次开庭。如果能补足所欠租金就准备取消驱赶了。

另一个房子的租户发了3 day notice. 说是下周搬走。损失2个月租金.

剩下的还有2个交租困难的。希望能熬过这个冬天。

 

最近bid房子都输了，市场疯了。没买到房子有一种踏空的感觉。
