Last Friday I was quoted 2.5% for conventional under $510K  and 2.875% for over 510K.  Including loan depot and other two lenders. 

This week it's above 3%.  I think you should wait a few days.

From this link you can see rate is not absolutely at the bottom.  see daily mortgage rate table, and 30 YEAR FRM column.
