新手又举手提问：请教各位前辈一个困扰我的房型的问题

我觉得3个bedrooms+2 个bathrooms 以及4-5个bedrooms+3 个bathrooms 房型好理解，4 bedrooms+2.5 bathroom 也还可以。

为什么有4个bedrooms+2 个bathrooms 的房型，而且市面上还不少，甚至本地市场上中档房价的房子里也有这种房型。主卧有一个bath,其它三个卧室共一个bath。这种4b/2b 的房型有时和4b/3b 相差1-2 k. 为什么？

这种房型好出租吗？升值潜力大吗？以后这种房型会不会被淘汰？
