我的一个目标实现了

五月份卖了旧自住房后，开始找deal.一个现金房，最后大家竞价，才便宜百分十，修好后，但是卖家又想rent back,放弃了，

另一个房子明天要closing了，这个房搞了三个月，charpter 13，要破产保护，加上court 不开门，卖家也是个奇人，家里东西一大堆。back and forth. 拖到今天这个喑无天日的时候，呵呵

这个也是我最后的一个房子了，第二十个货款。前一阵子也考察了一下怎么继续发展，commercial loan的利率现在要百分之七八，两房的3.5。本来加州现在就基本打平手，利息加倍，可要大补的。并且这么多年来，一直cash out refi 发展，目前的cash flow 才二千块左右，借commercial loan 压力太大了，所以不打算继续买下去了。

这里感谢一下朽哥的支持，还记得朽哥在我买第十个房子的时候给我的鼓励，呵呵

接下来的日子里，准备投股。争取个百分之十的回报，钱也比较灵活，可以变现去玩。
