请教各位： 8/14刚买的投资房，8/17 HOA就改规定有rental cap

请教各位地主各位前辈，地主小白8/14刚买的(closing date)投资房，8/17之后收到HOA新的修改条款。9/5出租掉， 今天9/8看到补充文件里改规定有rental cap 20%。 如果超过rental cap 出租， 每月要付$500罚金。

我仔细阅读了closing 之前的CC&Rs， 里面并没有rental restriction or rental cap. 谁能想到房子刚拿到手，居然HOA修改条款，这房子不就被套着了吗？

请问各位前辈，遇到这种情况，我也没有办法能保护自己的权益。毕竟购买时并没有出租限制，拿到手就限制了，难道房子只能立马卖掉或教一月$500罚金吗？
