water tank 坏了，才9年新呀，是怎么回事？换一个要多少钱？

出租房Condo里的water tank 莫名其妙的没有热水，不知道什么坏了？

换一个大概多少钱，一般的就行，去menards 看什么样的价格都有，选哪个最实惠？
